Tesla incorporated in India, names three directors

Tesla has made it's entry in India by registering a subsidiary company - Tesla India Motors and Energy Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Last year, Elon Musk had said Tesla would enter the Indian market in 2021, and he confirmed the news replying to a tweet yesterday.

Tesla has named Vaibhav Taneja, Venkatrangam Sreeram and David Jon Feinstein as directors in the newly formed entity in the country.
